They provided excellent customer service and was quick to resolve a scheduling conflict with one of their installation crews. The end product turned out terrific and I will definitely consider them for my future flooring projects.

David, of Tuff Floors, and his crew exceeded our expectations. We had an emergency situation with my parents carpet and Tuff Floors came out to assess our need for new carpet and had the carpet purchased and installed within a two day period. Very pleased with their work.

The guys from Tuff floors did a phenomenal job in our home! We called them to request a quote, and they were able to fit us in the same day! They quoted us less than all the other companies we'd spoken to and were able to get it done faster than we'd expected. We are so excited with our new floors! David was very thorough in explaining how the new floor process would unfold, all the way down to the installation. He also helped us to choose the right floor for our home by explaining what to expect from the different types of floors and how each one would perform.
